KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education (KCCILHE), Greater Noida, organised a seminar on “Fundamental Rights”. Honourable speaker for the seminar was Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Director, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
Prof. Manoj Kumar Sinha explained the importance of Fundamental Rights. He further added that “Fundamental rights are meant to protect the dignity of the individual that helps every human being to develop his personality to the fullest extent. He further explained that how Fundamental Rights protect the liberties and freedom of the citizens against any invasion by the state, and prevent the establishment of authoritarian and dictatorial rule in the country.
