IPU CET 2021 is a very important exam that you have to give in order to get admission in IP University. Only those students who will qualify this CET will be eligible to take admission in IPU colleges. This means that you have to qualify this exam by hook or by crook. This exam is usually of easy to moderate level and you can score high marks just by regular studying.

Preparing for an exam can be stressful many times when we have to study a lot but have limited period of time. While few people having a proper study plan studies better and faster but many others end up studying less and stressing more about the result of the exam.

I will be giving you some important tips and tricks so that you can achieve good score by following these.

Start your preparation early

This is the key to achieve success. There is no substitute for starting your preparation early. You need to give yourself sufficient time to revise everything that you have studied, and ensure that you have understood it thoroughly. Last minute rote learning is useless.

You must, revise each subject gradually and make sure that you understand it fully as this will make revision much easier. Therefore, the best thing you can do is to start well in advance.

Allot a proper study time

You will sometimes find studying some subjects easier than others. It is also helpful to consider how much or for how long you will study. Plan your timetable to make sure that you use your time to full advantage. Find out your best productive time. It can be early morning or at night. Try to study in these time.

Pay attention to your body

You will be able to study better if you eat a healthy balanced diet and take 8 hours of sleep. This applies for everyday and just on your exam days. You must take care of your health every day. Eating junk food is not a good idea. Always eat fruits and vegetables in higher quantity.

It is also best to exercise regularly in between your studies. A brisk morning walk or some kind of vigorous exercise, will work wonders and get your mind moving and ensure that you are able to concentrate better.

Follow your syllabus

Doing practice papers and last year questions to test your understanding is essential. Your syllabus is like a blueprint of all that will be asked in the exam. Just do what is there in your syllabus. Your exam is set basically on he outlines of your IPU CET Syllabus. Making short notes while studying increases the recall capacity for our brain to remember what we have already studied by improving the flow of our study process. Gradually tick mark what you have studied and then move on to the next topic.

Group Study

Friends help a lot in doubts clearing or giving the notes. You must start studying in groups as then you can cover more topics. You can work effectively for 3-4 hours when in groups and help each other out. This way a lot of syllabus will be done in a very short period of time. Clearing out doubts by asking to your friends can result in a clearer picture into the facts and also result in better memory.

Know your exam

Make sure that you have looked at past papers. You must know how many questions will be asked. How the marks are allotted for each question and if there is any negative marking or not. Since this is an objective type paper, study each and every topic very carefully. Know everything about the exam pattern and the cut offs of each exams.

These tips help a lot and make sure to follow these if you want good score in your exam.
