The community connects society-PRAYAS- We Stand for You, of KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education organized a visit to Goonj on 8th January 2021 to donate the collection made during the collection drive ‘ The joy of giving week-Daan Utsav’ whereby all the members of the society disseminated the concept of contribution to their college mates in order to collect discarded clothes, books, stationery items, utensils or any waste material for the underprivileged section of the society.

She has an experience of over 38 years in HR areas from recruitment to retirement at various Plants and Units of SAIL, and presently heading the SAIL HRD function stationed at SAIL’s Corporate Training Centre i.e. Management Training Institute at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

She has been a part of Govt Pay panel Committee and contributed in Pay Revision recommendations for over 250 public sector enterprises and also the first lady executive to head the HR function of a SAIL Plant at Durgapur Steel Plant, West Bengal.

For last 4 years, as head of the Learning and Development function of SAIL, responsible for formulation and implementation of HRD policy across the company and ensuring alignment of HRD initiatives at Plant/Units with Corporate HRD Policy and directives.
