KCCILHE organized a guest lecture on "American legal system" on 2nd November 2022. Mr. Timothy E. Lynch and Mr. Thomas E. Nanney were the honorable speakers for the guest lecture. They enlightened the audience about the insights of American legal system. Mr. Timothy, Associate professor at UMKC School of Law made the students aware about the various levels where law is made and implemented in USA and how the conflicts are resolved. Mr. Thomas E. Nanney, a renowned lawyer and a visiting associate professor at UMKC delivered his lecture on Bill of Rights in America. The audience was engrossed in the session and this was visible from the various questions put up by the audience which helped in making the session more interactive.
The event was also graced by the presence of Professor Rajiv Khanna, Former Dean ,Campus Law Center, University of Delhi.
