To gain firsthand experience of complete television production process, the students of Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of KCCILHE on Tuesday visited Delhi Doordarshan, Delhi Office.
Students saw the intricate processes involved in the pre production, production and post production in visual communication process.
At the outset of visit, students had an interaction with Director Ramesh, Assistant Director and News Editor Rajesh Ojha and gave a detailed description about long journey of DD and also shared his practical experience.
After interaction, Mr. Ojha took the students to the Production Studio and Control room, where he gave description about working of various technical equipments used throughout the production process.
The visit gave students an opportunity to know about the high-class machinery involved in production and transmission of programmes, made by DD Delhi to various peripherial stations by uplinking through satellite across various province and vice-versa.
It was a great learning experience for students, who got insights of the world of television production.
