KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education is organizing an online Faculty Development Programme on “Innovative Approaches For Sustainable Professional Growth In Higher Education” from 2 Aug to 7 Aug 2021.
The first day of the FDP witnessed the inaugural session which began with a brief about the background of the FDP and the college followed by the welcome speech by Prof.(Dr.) Bhavna Agarwal, Director KCCILHE. Further a brief introduction profile of the guest speaker Mr. Ajay Gupta, Director Research, ICSSR, was read.
The session aimed to help faculty members to understand the relevance of quality publications and various avenues to get grants and fellowships for their research work. Mr. Ajay Gupta, Director Research, ICSSR explained all programmes of ICSSR with all eligibility criteria to encourage faculty participants to work on research projects, conferences, and publications. In an effortless manner, he explained how everyone can get benefitted by applying these various schemes. It was an enlightening session that made each of the participants to think over their projects from a new dimension.
