On 28 Oct, 2023 KCCILHE organised an industrial visit to Zee Media . The visit was a practical and mesmerizing experience that offered a glimpse into the world of news broadcasting. The students got an opportunity to witness newsroom and learn the importance of multi-screen setup which fascinated the students.
This practical exposure made them witness news team and have an interaction with them, followed by some questions and answer session. They made the students understand the necessity to meet the highest journalistic standards by follwing the protocols while researching and broadcaring any news story. Interacting with the reporters and listening to their experiences provided invaluable perspectives on the challenges and responsibilities inherent in reporting news to the public.
This visit not only inspired the students to follow the journalistic standards but also appriciate the media for the role it plays in our day to day life.

On 19 October, the Dance society, Sway of KCCILEH organised Dandiya Night which was a vibrant celebration that brought together students in a spirit of joy and camaraderie. The campus transformed into a riot of colors as students donned traditional attire, adding to the festive atmosphere. The rhythmic beats of the dhol reverberated through the air, setting the tone for an evening filled with energetic dance and lively music. The event provided a platform for students to showcase their dance skills, and it was heartening to witness the enthusiasm and talent on display. With beautifully decorated dandiya sticks in hand, everyone joined in the traditional dance, creating a mesmerising visual spectacle. The event not only allowed students to revel in the cultural richness of our nation but also fostered a sense of unity and togetherness among the diverse student community. It was a night of laughter, dance, and unforgettable memories that will be cherished by all who attended. Kudos to the students who made the evening a memorable one.

Bizhive society students of KCCILHE visited the "India STEM Summit 2023". The event that took place on October 16th, 2023, at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi was a dynamic and engaging gathering that celebrated scientific achievements and fostered innovation. Inauguration was commenced by Welcome address by Shri Rajkumar Sharma, President AICRA, after which Shri. Jagadish Mamidala, Chairman UGC, Shri. TG Sitharam, Chairman AICTE, Shri. Sannjay Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Education and Shri. V.K. Saraswat, member NITI Ayog, addressed the audience after which The day featured a highlight event at 12:30 PM, titled "CELEBRATING CHANDRAYAAN-3 SUCCESS," where the audience had the opportunity to witness the journey and preparation behind the Chandrayaan 3 mission. Students got the opportunity to meet distinguished ISRO scientists such as Dr. Ritu Karidhal, Ms. Nadini Harinath, Dr. Kalpana Arvind, Ms. Gomathi Saratha, Ms. Kalpana K, Ms. Roopa MV, and Ms. Ceena Sunil.
The day concluded with the "INDIA STEM AWARDS 2023" , featuring a welcome address by Rajkumar Sharma, President of AICRA, and the chief guest address by Shri Nitin Jairam Gadkari, the Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Government of Bharat. A valedictory session and business networking opportunities with hi-tea ensured that it was a productive and inspirational day for all participants.

Stepping into the bustling newsroom, students were immediately struck by the palpable energy and sense of purpose that permeated the space. The state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology underscored the commitment to delivering news with accuracy and immediacy.
Students had the privilege of witnessing live broadcasts and gaining insights into the meticulous editorial process that ensures the highest journalistic standards. Interacting with seasoned journalists and producers provided invaluable perspectives on the challenges and responsibilities inherent in reporting news to the public. Moreover, discussions on e-mobilisation and the evolving role of electronic vehicles in nation development were particularly enlightening. This visit not only deepened our appreciation for the vital role that media plays in shaping public discourse but also inspired us to contemplate the ethical dimensions of journalism in today's rapidly changing media landscape.
Members of Bizhive-The Entrepreneurship Society, KCCILHE visited IIT Delhi to attend “Startup Conclave 2023” organized by Government of Gujarat in association with Startup India, DPIIT, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), and Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India.
Students had the chance to engage with a wide range of influential figures in the startup world, including startup founders, angel investors, venture capitalists, industry experts, and innovators. This dynamic exchange of groundbreaking ideas with emerging startup founders enabled students to enhance their understanding of the countless opportunities available. Additionally, our students, Mr. Vikas Sharma and Mr. Aaditya Pandey, shared their own startup concepts with fellow entrepreneurs. The eminent speaker of the day was Dr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal, International lawyer & Ex joint Director, National Security Council Secretariat (PMO).
Dr. Agarwal Sir delivered his opening keynote on the topic by emphasizing on the significance of International Law in the legal career and pointed out the importance of the same in the recent G20 Summit. He further discussed India's geopolitical status and India’s emerging place in the world by emphasizing on the theme of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, One Earth, One Family, One Future. He focused on the key takeaways of the G20 Summit and how this Summit highlighted India’s rich culture, social diversity with unified features, strong political will, rising economic development, military strength and strategic and diplomatic depth.Overall, the seminar was very informative and interactive.
