Workshop on ‘Radio Going Digital’

KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education Organised a workshop on ‘Radio Going Digital’ with Mr. Pankit Narang, Radio Jockey, Mirchi 98.3 FM on 29th March, 2022.

The workshop gave an insight on the field of Radio, it’s various departments and how it is existing and will continue to exist in the coming years as well. He also spoke about the various shows he has conducted and how the idea generated for conducting shows like "The Lift Prank Series". Students enthusiastically asked questions related to various departments wherein they can explore as a career prospect and Surprisingly learned about being an instrumentalist is an added advantage, having wit would get them new Opportunities and Recognition. It was a workshop loaded with knowledge, learning and great fun.

Seminar on on 'Radio going Digital'

Just like the world, Radio is also Changing. The radio industry is growing and blooming like any other medium we have for the communication and entertainment of people. With this ongoing change, KCCILHE is bringing you an opportunity to attend a seminar with Mr. Pankit Narang, Radio Jockey (Conceptualizer), Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM on 'Radio going Digital' on 29th March 2022 (Tuesday) at 12:30 pm.

Mr. Pankit Narang is currently working as a Senior Digital content producer and radio jockey. With over 6 million subscribers on Youtube, Facebook and Instagram, He has created 'The Lift Prank Series' which has more than 100 million views. In his career of over 11 years, he has won various awards such as New York Festival Award, Golden Mikes, Radio Forum for excellence in Radio including the Asian customer engagement forum award & motional medi awards, to name a few.

Workshop on “Developing social and interactive skills and competence in our classroom environment”

KCCILHE organized a Workshop on “Developing social and interactive skills and competence in our classroom environment.on 23 March 2022” The distinguished resource person for the day Ms. Smriti Shah Gambhir Mam, Clinical Psychologist laid emphasis on Social Skills to help students in conditioning one’s mind to be more present in the moment

Through the Role Play activity, the speaker taught many ways of winning communication conflicts. Her motivational words encouraged everyone to open up and those who were reluctant and introvert also participated in two way communication with her. Workshop helped students in self assessment and the workshop ended with great learning experience.

Workshop on Nuggets of Journalism

One-day workshop was organized for the students of Journalism and Mass Communication with Mr. Anil Maheshwari, (Former) Special Correspondent, Hindustan Times and Editor of the theindianrepublic.com on 'Nuggets of Journalism'. This day-long workshop gave insights to students about Mr. Maheshwari's decades of experience in the field of Reporting. The workshop had students practically understanding the nitigrities of reporting, precautions to be taken while covering an event, qualities required to be a good reporter, and how to observe things around to get the essence of the news. The workshop was a great learning experience for all the students--

Holi the festival of colours is one of the important festivals of India and is celebrated with great pomp and fervor. The dominant idea of Holi is to spread the message of Harmony.

KCCILHE organised a Holi Bash party in College premises on 16th March 2022. The festival was celebrated with flowers, beautiful decorations, friends, colours, dance and food.

Prayaas Community Connect Society, KCCILHE, organized a No Plastic Campaign

The Prayaas Community Connect Society, KCCILHE, organized a No Plastic Campaign on 11th March 2022. Plastic is used like an essential in many parts of the country. The hazardous impact of the substance is unknown to few, and ignored by many.

This event was organized as an initiative to spread awareness on the harmful effects of using plastic on the environment. Many students of KCCILHE participated in the event by showcasing a dance performance and a nukkad natak on the theme of “No Plastic is Fantastic” outside Ansal Mall, Greater Noida.

The event successfully captured a huge crowd of audience and the message of “Say no to plastic” was spread through dance and drama.

As it is rightly said “ If you cant reuse it, refuse it”, we at KCCILHE proudly took another initiative in the direction to save the environment.

Prayas Tree Plantation Drive

It is said that “He who plants a tree, plants a hope.” Mother nature is the biggest blessing on this planet, and we should make all efforts to preserve our environment.

The theme for the event was “One student, one tree.” Faculties and students of various departments participated in the drive and planted saplings. The event highlighted the issue of environmental preservation. And as we say, “Plant a tree and plant hope for the future”, we at KCCILHE believe in putting our efforts in a direction to save the environment.
